Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. For PayMe and FPS orders, payment must be checked and confirmed by broder before the order moves into packing.

Hong Kong Shipping
Hong Kong is the primary shipping region for Phase 1. Shipping options and final fees are shown during checkout or confirmed with broder for manual payment orders.
Free Shipping Rule
Hong Kong orders ship free when buying 2 or more T-shirts. Other regions are prepared for free shipping from 3 items once international shipping is enabled.
Delivery Time
broder is a small independent store, so dispatch timing can vary during a drop. We aim to pack confirmed orders as soon as possible and share updates when tracking or handoff details are available.
International Orders
International shipping is not fully automated in Phase 1. If you are outside Hong Kong, contact broder before ordering so we can confirm availability, cost, and delivery method.
Incorrect Address
Please check your shipping details before submitting an order. If an address needs to be changed, contact broder immediately with your order ID. Changes may not be possible after packing or dispatch.
